Checking Signs

Last weekend after we had the heavy winds it was time to drive around the county and check signs. They tend to get ripped off and the flyers sometimes fly out of the boxes. So I loaded up the dog and the wife and the camera and off we went.

Best assistant ever.

First causality was at Percie Rd, sign was ripped right off and bent, no saving it.

Next was Stetson Lane, no damage just putting a sign back up.

No damage at Custer School Rd but this really cool tree covered in lichens.

The sky was incredible, contrasts of dark trees, clouds and blue sky. Winter blue sky is so different.

It was actually a beautiful day to drive out in the county and the damage was really not that bad.

    • Shy is a very good dog, so even if it had food in it she would leave it alone. Now if Pickles was still alive no food within a sniffing distance was safe. One time we were swimming at Lake Whatcom and he stole some other swimmers sandwiches right out of their backpacks. We felt really bad but luckily they thought it was funny.
