French press coffee and oven egg puff
1 cup milk
3 Tblspns butter
2 Tblspns Sugar (optional)
1 cup flour
Pre-heat oven to 400.
Put 9×13 pan in oven with butter until melted VERY important to pay attention and not burn the butter
Pull out pan Roll melted butter around pan until completely greased
Let butter set in pan while mixing remaining ingredients
Beat eggs until frothy with electric mixer.
Add in 1 cup milk, beat until well combined and frothy.
If you want sugar add it now. ( l leave out the sugar but the orig. recipe calls for it)
Add in 1 cup flour mix until well combined with flour.
Then pour remaining butter into egg/milk/flour mixture and mix until well combined.
Pour mixture into greased 9×13 pan.
Cook until well puffed up, browned on edges and fully cooked and puffed in the middle. (about 15 to 25 minutes)
Enjoy with blueberries, or other fresh fruit, honey, maple syrup or whatever sweetener you prefer.
